HS Private Lesson Agreement 2025-26

Please read this Private Lesson Agreement before making your first payment. Thank you.

​

Lesson rules/regulations: the following rules/regulations are based on a combination of ISD rules and Tony Bianchetta’s (Mr. B’s) studio rules.

​

1. I agree to the lesson amount of $26 per lesson or (if on scholarship) the amount agreed upon between myself and the school band program. In addition, I’ll notify Mr. B if my student is on scholarship including how much the scholarship is and when it goes into effect.

 

2. Payment for lessons must be paid in advance of the lesson taught.

 

3. No lesson can be taught until payment for that lesson is received.

 

4. I understand that if proper/timely notification for a missed lesson isn’t provided (documented via text or email) then I am responsible for the payment of that missed lesson. This includes the following: 

• scheduling conflict (school event, doctor’s appointment, etc) requires a 24-hour notification at the very least. 

• sickness requires notification by, at the very latest, the morning of the missed day.

 

5. If the student is unable to properly participate in the lesson taught without prior notification, then that lesson is forfeited with payment still expected. Reasons for this include: (no instrument, no materials, etc.) In addition, it’s the student’s responsibility to be prepared and on time for the lesson.

 

6. Consecutive lessons missed by the student without notification can result in the dismissal from Mr. B’s lesson program with payment for missed lessons still required.

 

7. Consecutive late payments can result in the dismissal of the student from Mr. B’s lesson program.

 

8. If using a specific payment method that requires payment fees (some forms of payment have fees), I understand that I will be responsible for paying the difference so that the agreed upon full lesson amount is received by Mr. B. 

 

9. Tony Bianchetta reserves the right (also, after consulting with the student’s band director) to dismiss a student from his lesson program for any of the following reasons: 

• consistently showing a poor attitude or lack of respect to Mr. B

• consistently not prepared for the lesson

• if rules #6 or #7 are violated

 

10. I understand that lessons are taught throughout the entire school year and, if absolutely necessary, will give at least a 2-week notice prior to the unfortunate need to halt lessons.

If you agree to the terms stated above, please acknowledge your agreement

by checking the “I Agree” statement in the 

Lesson Studio Student Information google form.

​

Once you state your agreement and a first payment is received, the rules/regulations

go into effect and lessons can begin.
